High strength, substantial Butler specified fastener has twice the pullout strength of industry standard self-drillers.
BUTLER LITE-PANL® provides natural bright lighting and low maintenance, and won't turn yellow or brittle.
Butler approved roof curb and opening is fully engineered at the factory, concealing fasteners within the curb and eliminating leaks.
The roof is certified by FM and UL.
The roof system carries the highest wind uplift rating (Class 90) awarded by Underwriters Laboratories (UL). And it is fully tested and approved by FM Global as a Class 1 Panel Roof, and construction meeting windstorm classification 1-60 through 1-135 are available.

BUTLERIB® II 屋面系统
Base material: ZINCALUME® AZM165 M steel or Clean COLORBOND® M steel.
Factory pre-punched panels and structural members assure proper fit and alignment.
Slotted holes allow the roof panels to move with thermal expansion and contraction forces without tearing holes in the panels at fastener locations but sealed against leak.
Its "return leg" provides extra support at the panel side laps.
Strong fasteners offer twice the pullout strength of common self-drilling screws.
A special sealant groove is provided to assure BUTLERIB® sealant is applied at the proper location.
The butyl sealant remains pliable to help keep your roof weather tight.
A deep 38mm corrugation makes the BUTLERIB® II roof panel one of the strongest standard. 。
The roof system is available with a U.L. Class 90 wind uplift rating or FM Class 1-90 rating.
